This work aims to help people have optimal sexual experiences on their own terms. This can include addressing dissatisfactions with aspects of your sexual experience, learning more about your own desires, and improving sexual communication in your relationship(s).

Modern Analytic group therapy groups allow us to study how and why we interact with others the ways we do. We learn, through facilitated conversations, about how our personal histories impact our movements toward or away from emotional intimacy. Learning how to be emotionally honest and have productive conflict are important outcomes of this work.
